4.2 One Account Rule. Each person is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ecwon Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Documentation. ecwon may, at any time, require you to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and source of funds:

ecwon reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of acceptable use policies and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referal to relevant authorities.
6.1 Deposit Methods. ecwon accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing notes are displayed at the cashier at time of deposit.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on the ecwon Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). ecwon does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are as follows under normal operating conditions:
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit or has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ecwon reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
6.5 Chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through a financial institution will be treated as a breach of these Terms. ecwon reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of any disputed funds through appropriate legal channels.
Note: Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. ecwon is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ecwon are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x applied to a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
7.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements may be fulfilled across designated game categories. Certain games — particularly low house-edge table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette — may contribute at a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%) towards wagering requirement completion unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
7.4 Validity Period. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Unused bonus balances that expire will be forfeited automatically.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. ecwon operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, or systematically targeting low-variance games in bad faith to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
7.6 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available only once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players must opt in to the Welcome Bonus at the time of first deposit; retrospective applications will not be accepted.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to ecwon's acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number is issued and the stake has been deducted from the player's account balance. Bets displayed as "pending" have not been confirmed.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager and may be adjusted by ecwon at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts.
8.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ecwon cover Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, international cricket, and other markets. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In the event of a match postponement or abandonment, applicable rules specific to the market type will govern settlement.
8.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a clear pricing or odds error ("palpable error"), ecwon reserves the right to void bets placed at eroneous prices, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors are in breach of these Terms.
8.5 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet settlement, the decision of ecwon's settlement team shall be final, subject to the escalation procedures set out in the complaints process.

10.1 ecwon's Right to Suspend. ecwon reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
10.2 Fund Handling on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ecwon reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of ecwon.
12.1 Platform Availability. ecwon does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecwon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of betting opportunities, loss of profits, or loss of data.
12.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In any event, ecwon's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ecwon expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. Past results do not indicate or predict future outcomes. You should never wager funds you cannot afford to lose.
ecwon collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, ecwon collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and service improvement. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ecwon operates as an online gaming platform and players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
